Tulip Telecom has entered into partnership with Qualcomm arm for BWA Venture, reports CNBC-TV18. It touched an intraday high of Rs 187.40 and an intraday low of Rs 183. At 12:03 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 185.30, up Rs 0.35, or 0.19%.
