Tayo Roll has made preferential allotment to Tata Steel . The company will allot 85 lakh non-cumulative redeemable preferential shares to Tata Steel at Rs 100 per share, reports CNBC-TV18.
The share touched an intraday high of Rs 69.60 and an intraday low of Rs 56.50. At 14:08 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 69.60, up Rs 11.60, or 20%.
There were pending buy orders of 40,115 shares, with no sellers available.
It was trading with volumes of 16,855 shares, compared to its 5-day average of 2,426 shares, an increase of 594.82%.
In the previous trading session, the share closed down 0.17% or Rs 0.10 at Rs 58.
