Tata Steel had touched an intraday high of Rs 194.90 and an intraday low of Rs 172. At 3:09 pm, the share was quoting at Rs 172.10, down Rs 13, or 7.02%.
 
It was trading with volumes of 3,885,428 shares. On Wednesday the share closed down 3.04% or Rs 5.80 at Rs 185.10.
