Tata Steel to exit Dutch metal recycler HKS; stock rises

Tata Steel will exit Dutch metal recycler HKS, reports CNBC-TV18.

Tata Steel will exit Dutch metal recycler HKS. The company will sell its 50% stake in HKS to Euro Scrap Alliance. The deal has happened at an undisclosed sum, reports CNBC-TV18.

It touched an intraday high of Rs 412.90 and an intraday low of Rs 411.05. At 09:21 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 411.95, up Rs 3.10, or 0.76%.
It was trading with volumes of 52,348 shares. In the previous trading session, the share closed down 3.95% or Rs 16.80 at Rs 408.85.
