Tata Metaliks will consider share issue on preferential basis on Thursday, reports CNBC-TV18.

At 09:21 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 74.25, up Rs 3.15, or 4.43%. It touched an intraday high of Rs 74.65 and an intraday low of Rs 72.
 
It was trading with volumes of 2,323 shares. In the previous trading session, the share closed up 3.04% or Rs 2.10 at Rs 71.10.

The company touched its 52-week high Rs 130.50 and 52-week low Rs 51.00 on 18 Apr, 2011 and 02 Jan, 2012, respectively. Currently, it is trading -43.1% below its 52-week high and 45.59% above its 52-week low. Market capitalisation stands at Rs 187.76 crore.
