Tata Metaliks has approved preferential issue of shares to the extent of Rs 100 crore, reports CNBC-TV18.
 
The share touched an intraday high of Rs 78.65 and an intraday low of Rs 75.40. At 09:46 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 78.65, up Rs 3.70, or 4.94%.
 
There were pending buy orders of 5,030 shares, with no sellers available.
 
It was trading with volumes of 11,692 shares. In the previous trading session, the share closed up 2.18% or Rs 1.60 at Rs 74.95.

The share touched its 52-week high Rs 130.50 and 52-week low Rs 51.00 on 18 Apr, 2011 and 02 Jan, 2012, respectively. Currently, it is trading -39.73% below its 52-week high and 54.22% above its 52-week low. Market capitalisation stands at Rs 198.89 crore.
