State Trading Corporation up on large volumes

State Trading Corporation of India touched an intraday high of Rs 542.20 and an intraday low of Rs 476.35. At 3:07 pm, the share was quoting at Rs 536.50, up Rs 45.65, or 9.30%.
 
It was trading with volumes of 1,931,171 shares, compared to its five-day average of 526,098 shares, an increase of 267.07%.
 
Yesterday the share closed down 0.92% or Rs 4.55 at Rs 490.85.
