At 10:09 am, Spanco Telesystems and Solutions was quoting at Rs 121.60, up Rs 2.55, or 2.14%. It has touched an intraday high of Rs 125 and an intraday low of Rs 120.

The company in JV with Shyam group to acquire Punj Lloyd's ISP division. They likely to invest Rs 500 crore in 2 years to expand network, reports CNBC-TV18.
 
It was trading with volumes of 3,049 shares. Yesterday the share closed down 2.54% or Rs 3.10 at Rs 119.05.
