Rolta India looks to buyback FCCBs; stock gains 5%

Rolta India is looking to buyback FCCBs. The company has tied up majority funds with banks, reports CBC-TV18, quoting sources.

Rolta has USD 97 million FCCBs maturing in June 2012. The company said that, they are in process of refinancing FCCBs.
 
At 10:53 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 100.85, up Rs 4.85, or 5.05%. It touched an intraday high of Rs 101 and an intraday low of Rs 95.
 
It was trading with volumes of 201,676 shares. In the previous trading session, the share closed up 0.05% or Rs 0.05 at Rs 96.
