Rohit Ferro Tech has board meeting on February 20 to consider issue of preferential shares at Rs 60 per share, reports CNBC-TV18.
 
The share touched an intraday high of Rs 41.60 and an intraday low of Rs 36.40. At 09:41 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 40.70, up Rs 6.00, or 17.29%.
 
It was trading with volumes of 329,385 shares, compared to its 5-day average of 89,847 shares, an increase of 266.61%.
 
In the previous trading session, the share closed down 1.28% or Rs 0.45 at Rs 34.70.
