Reliance Capital touched an intraday high of Rs 813 and an intraday low of Rs 730. At 1:21 pm, the share was quoting at Rs 784.25, down Rs 42.55, or 5.15%.

The company is going to buy majority stake in Quant Capital Group, quoting NewsWire18, reports CNBC-TV18.
 
It was trading with volumes of 614,462 shares. Yesterday the share closed down 2.97% or Rs 25.30 at Rs 826.80.
