Rajasthan government scraps tenders worth Rs 12000 crore of Bharat Heavy Electricals (BHEL), reports CNBC-TV18.
 
It touched a 52-week low of Rs 222. At 09:28 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 224.25, down Rs 5.10, or 2.22%.
