Polaris Software Lab has touched an intraday high of Rs 48.70 and an intraday low of Rs 45. At 2:37 pm, the share was quoting at Rs 47, up Rs 0.50, or 1.08%.

The company has acquired SEEC, US-based Insurance Tech company for USD 8 million, reports CNBC-TV18.
 
It was trading with volumes of 151,417 shares. Yesterday the share closed up 4.26% or Rs 1.90 at Rs 46.50.
