Punjab National Bank , PNB had touched an intraday high of Rs 478  and an intraday low of Rs 448. At 1:33 pm, the share was quoting at Rs 476.25, up Rs 23.80, or 5.26%.

The company is scouting for overseas acquisitions, reports Business Lines.
 
It was trading with volumes of 97,479 shares. Yesterday the share closed up 7.71% or Rs 32.40 at Rs 452.45.
