Oil and Natural Gas Corporation 's disinvestment of 5% via auction process is likely this week, reports The Economic Times.

ONGC touched an intraday high of Rs 285.95 and an intraday low of Rs 282.90. At 09:29 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 285.75, up Rs 4.30, or 1.53%.
 
It was trading with volumes of 26,986 shares. In the previous trading session, the share closed down at Rs 281.45.

The company's trailing 12-month (TTM) EPS was at Rs 22.12 per share. (Dec, 2011). The stock's price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio was 12.92. The latest book value of the company is Rs 113.97 per share. At current value, the price-to-book value of the company was 2.51. The dividend yield of the company was 6.13%.
