At 11:36 am, Nectar Lifesciences was quoting at Rs 357.50, up Rs 16.10, or 4.72%. It has touched an intraday high of Rs 362.90 and an intraday low of Rs 344.85. 

The company has board meet on August 28 to consider GDR / ADR / share issue, reports CNBC-TV18.
 
It was trading with volumes of 125,036 shares. Yesterday the share closed up 1.04% or Rs 3.50 at Rs 341.40.
