Nalanda India Equity Fund buys 4.15 lk shrs of V-Guard Ind

On June 14, 2012 Nalanda India Equity Fund Limited has bought 415,000 shares of V-Guard Industries at Rs 259.60 on the BSE. However, Sheela Kochouseph sold 400,000 shares at Rs 260 on the BSE.

On June 14, 2012 Nalanda India Equity Fund Limited has bought 415,000 shares of V-Guard Industries at Rs 259.60 on the BSE. However, Sheela Kochouseph sold 400,000 shares at Rs 260 on the BSE.


The share closed at Rs 244.40, down Rs 2.05, or 0.83%. There were pending buy orders of 1,000 shares, with no sellers available. It was trading with volumes of 54,303 shares. In the previous trading session, the share closed up 4.98% or Rs 11.70 at Rs 246.45.


The company touched its 52-week high Rs 260.00 and 52-week low Rs 141.25 on 14 Jun, 2012 and 20 Dec, 2011, respectively. Currently, it is trading -6% below its 52-week high and 73.03% above its 52-week low. Market capitalisation stands at Rs 729.47 crore.
