L&T Infotech in talks to acquire Patni Computer; stk up 5%

Patni Computer Systems touched an intraday high of Rs 485 and an intraday low of Rs 463. At 11:11 am, the share was quoting at Rs 479.80, up Rs 22.85, or 5%.

L&T Infotech is in talks to acquire Patni Computer, reports Financial Express.
 
It was trading with volumes of 199,074 shares. Yesterday the share closed up 4.70% or Rs 20.50 at Rs 456.95.
