Lodha Developers is set to buy DLF ’s NTC land for Rs 2500-2700 crore, reports Business Standard.


DLF touched an intraday high of Rs 207.40 and an intraday low of Rs 202.20. At 10:20 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 204.00, down Rs 2.95, or 1.43%.
 
It was trading with volumes of 110,046 shares. In the previous trading session, the share closed up 0.71% or Rs 1.45 at Rs 206.95.


The company's trailing 12-month (TTM) EPS was at Rs 6.13 per share. (Mar, 2012). The stock's price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio was 33.31. The latest book value of the company is Rs 81.31 per share. At current value, the price-to-book value of the company was 2.51. The dividend yield of the company was 0.98%.
