LIC Housing Finance had touched an intraday high of Rs 219.85 and an intraday low of Rs 199. At 11:54 am, the share was quoting at Rs 217.40, up Rs 16.90, or 8.43%.
 
It was trading with volumes of 1,826,777 shares, compared to its five-day average of 413,307 shares, an increase of 341.99%.
 
Yesterday the share closed up 21.48% or Rs 35.45 at Rs 200.50.
