Kohinoor Broadcast Corporation is locked at 5% upper circuit. At 09:58 am, the share was quoting at Rs 17.15, up Rs 0.80. It has touched an intraday high of Rs 17.15 and an intraday low of Rs 17.15.
The company has board meet on January 7 to consider takeover / merger of Tagore Theatres with itself and opening subsidiary in London for launch of TV channel, reports CNBC-TV18.
There were pending buy orders of 555,765 shares, with no sellers available. It was trading with volumes of 18,600 shares.
Yesterday the share closed up 4.74% or Rs 0.74 at Rs 16.35.
