Kingfisher falls 3% on no payment to staff since Feb

Shares of liquor baron Vijay Mallya-led Kingfisher Airlines (KFA) fell as much as 3% intraday after CNBC-TV18 reported quoting NW18 sources that company has not paid its staff salaries since February.

Shares of liquor baron Vijay Mallya-led Kingfisher Airlines (KFA) fell as much as 3% intraday after CNBC-TV18 reported quoting NW18 sources that company has not paid its staff salaries since February.


KFA has been flying 12 aircraft as against 20 committed to Directorate-General of Civil Aviation, which may be reduced further, say sources.


At 15:08 hours IST, the share was trading at Rs 13.75, down 0.51% with volumes of 32,39,713 equity shares.


Market capitalisation of the company currently stands at Rs 928.74 crore.


The stock had been rallied more than 10% in last 15 days.
