At 11:43 am, Infotech Enterprises touched a 52-week high of Rs 327. The share was quoting at Rs 311.90, up Rs 10.80, or 3.59%.

The company is considering 2 acquisitions in US for up to USD 40 million, quoting Business Standard, reports CNBC-TV18.
 
It was trading with volumes of 13,082 shares. Yesterday the share closed up 4.35% or Rs 12.55 at Rs 301.10.
