IndusInd Bank removed from MSCI India index; stk down

MSCI has announced changes in the MSCI global standard indices. They removed IndusInd Bank from MSCI India index w.e.f Feb 29, while there is no addition in the index, reports CNBC-TV18.

MSCI has announced changes in the MSCI global standard indices. They removed IndusInd Bank from MSCI India index w.e.f Feb 29, while there is no addition in the index, reports CNBC-TV18.

It touched an intraday high of Rs 328.35 and an intraday low of Rs 315. At 09:54 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 318.90, down Rs 13, or 3.92%.
 
It was trading with volumes of 47,042 shares. In the previous trading session, the share closed up 2.85% or Rs 9.20 at Rs 331.90.
