HTMT eyes UK buyout of $150mn, stk up
At 11:46 am, HTMT Global Solutions was quoting at Rs 373, up Rs 13.40, or 3.73%. It has touched an intraday high of Rs 382.00 and an intraday low of Rs 358.70.
The company is eyeing UK buyout worth USD 150 million. The company board will meet shortly to consider offering stake to PE firms, quoting DNA.
It was trading with volumes of 1,621 shares. Yesterday the share closed down 5.26% or Rs 19.95 at Rs 359.60.
