Hindustan Construction Company (HCC) touched an intraday high of Rs 136 and an intraday low of Rs 126.80. At 12:06 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 134.90, up Rs 6.10, or 4.74%.

The company board has approved 1:1 bonus share issue, reports CNBC-TV18.
 
It was trading with volumes of 296,689 shares. Yesterday the share closed down 1.90% or Rs 2.50 at Rs 128.80.
