Gujarat High Court bench has disqualified Essar Oil case, reports PTI.


Essar Oil had filed petition seeking state government to allow repayment in installments & waive interest in relation to its sales tax deferment liability


It touched an intraday high of Rs 56.50 and an intraday low of Rs 55.10. At 09:21 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 56.15, down Rs 0.25, or 0.44%.
 
It was trading with volumes of 100,195 shares. In the previous trading session, the share closed down 0.53% or Rs 0.30 at Rs 56.40.
