Gujarat Borosil is going to issue 90 lakh shares at Rs 100 per share on preferential basis to Borosil Glasswork, reports CNBC-TV18.

Gujarat Borosil touched an intraday high of Rs 6.80 and an intraday low of Rs 6.80. At 09:41 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 6.80, up Rs 0.32, or 4.94%.
 
There were pending buy orders of 50 shares, with no sellers available. It was trading with volumes of 2,574 shares.
 
In the previous trading session, the share closed up 1.25% or Rs 0.08 at Rs 6.48.
