Guj Foils to issue equity shares on pref basis to promoters

Gujarat Foils touched an intraday high of Rs 35.40 and an intraday low of Rs 30.50. At 09:52 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 33, up Rs 3.20, or 10.74%.
 
It was trading with volumes of 4,176 shares, compared to its five-day average of 694 shares, an increase of 501.73%.

In the previous trading session, the share closed up 17.55% or Rs 4.45 at Rs 29.80.

The share touched its 52-week high Rs 84 and 52-week low Rs 23.10 on 03 Aug, 2011 and 23 Jul, 2012, respectively.
