Government has approved 10.82% disinvestment in SAIL , reports CNBC-TV18.


Steel Authority of India (SAIL) touched an intraday high of Rs 95.05 and an intraday low of Rs 94. At 09:23 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 94.35, up Rs 1.05, or 1.13%.
 
It was trading with volumes of 74,118 shares. In the previous trading session, the share closed up 0.05% or Rs 0.05 at Rs 93.30.


The company's trailing 12-month (TTM) EPS was at Rs 8.57 per share. (Mar, 2012). The stock's price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio was 11.00. The latest book value of the company is Rs 98.32 per share. At current value, the price-to-book value of the company was 0.96. The dividend yield of the company was 2.55%.
