Golden Tobacco had touched an intraday high of Rs 51.50 and an intraday low of Rs 44.60. At 12:56 pm, the share was quoting at Rs 48.80, up Rs 4.50, or 10.16%.
 
It was trading with volumes of 25,306 shares, compared to its five-day average of 12,627 shares, an increase of 100.41%.
 
Yesterday the share closed up 4.36% or Rs 1.85 at Rs 44.30.
