Godrej Properties will issue shares and warrants via institutional placement, reports CNBC-TV18.

It touched an intraday high of Rs 661 and an intraday low of Rs 655. At 09:27 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 659.70, up Rs 15.75, or 2.45%.
 
It was trading with volumes of 6,196 shares. In the previous trading session, the share closed up 1.92% or Rs 12.10 at Rs 643.95.

The share touched its 52-week high Rs 845.00 and 52-week low Rs 554.00 on 12 Jul, 2011 and 11 Feb, 2011, respectively. Currently, it is trading -21.93% below its 52-week high and 19.08% above its 52-week low. Market capitalisation stands at Rs 4,608.01 crore.
