CMC board in its meeting held on April 18 has proposed a dividend of Rs 12.50 (125%) per share on equity share of par value of Rs10 for the year ended March 31, 2012.

CMC touched an intraday high of Rs 869.95 and an intraday low of Rs 838. At 10:37 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 850, down Rs 21.75, or 2.49%.
