CCI has okayed merger of IVRCL with IVRCL Assets , reports CNBC-TV18.

IVRCL Assets and Holdings touched an intraday high of Rs 40.30 and an intraday low of Rs 34. At 13:57 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 39.15, up Rs 4.80, or 13.97%. It was trading with volumes of 50,208 shares.

IVRCL touched an intraday high of Rs 50.70 and an intraday low of Rs 45.70. At 13:58 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 49.85, up Rs 4.50, or 9.92%. It was trading with volumes of 1,880,778 shares.
