CCI has approved Sasan Power Infra merger with Reliance Power , reports CNBC-TV18, quoting PTI.
Reliance Power has touched an intraday high of Rs 125.20 and an intraday low of Rs 118.50. At 11:54 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 119.85, down Rs 2.65, or 2.16%.
It was trading with volumes of 1,510,989 shares. In the previous trading session, the share closed down 4.45% or Rs 5.70 at Rs 122.50.
