Bajaj Hindusthan to buy back FCCBs, stock up

Bajaj Hindusthan touched an intraday high of Rs 210.30 and an intraday low of Rs 196.70. At 12:59 pm, the share was quoting at Rs 205.10, up Rs 4.75, or 2.37%.

The company is going to buy back FCCBs due on 2011 to make tender offer to bondholders, reports CNBC-TV18.
 
It was trading with volumes of 1,769,670 shares. On Friday the share closed up 8.92% or Rs 16.40 at Rs 200.35.
