Ybrant Technologies has announced the closing of the Oridian acquisition deal. This announcement follows the final approval from the General Assembly of shareholders of Oridian.

 

The company had earlier announced its intention to acquire Oridian on December 4, 2007 and the definitive agreement to acquire the company was formerly signed.
