Yatra.com launches Yatra Care Program
Yatra.com launches Yatra Care Program. The program has three services - Yatra Trip Guarantee, Yatra Miles and My Yatra, targeted at distinct customer segments.
Yatra.com , India's leading online travel portal reinforced its customer centric approach with the launch of Yatra Care Program. The program has three services - Yatra Trip Guarantee, Yatra Miles and My Yatra, targeted at distinct customer segments.
Speaking on the programme, Dhruv Shringi, Co founder, Yatra.com , "The YatraCare Program is exclusive for the yatra.com customers. We have been at the forefront of the changing face of travel, and have strived to introduce better and better services for the consumer keeping in mind their needs and travel patterns"
One of the services on offer is the 'Yatra Trip Guarantee' service, helps redress customer concerns regarding flight delays, baggage loss and trip cancellations. As per Mr. Shringi, "with winters setting in, people traveling from and to Delhi face problems owing to fog, now with the Yatra Trip Gurantee, we will reimburse Rs 500 for every 4 hours of delay in flight, to everyone who has booked their ticket through yatra.com ".
The second service is the 'Yatra Miles Program'; it is a rewards programme that makes you earn points on purchase of every domestic air ticket. Mr Shringi further added, "This is the first loyalty program to be launched in the online travel category and will go a long way in retaining customers"
'My Yatra' is the third service that will help keep record of the customer's booking history. What's more, by logging in to My Yatra you can print/cancel your e-tickets.
Overall the Yatra Care Program has been launched to help take away the travel worries and make travel a hassle-free experience.
