Through Yahoo! oneSearch, Reliance Mobile users will be able to access news, financial information, weather conditions, flight status information and flickr™  photos. Also available to the users are local search, web images, web sites, mobile web sites, Yahoo! Answers and Wikipedia  on Reliance Mobile World for handsets which are  powered by WAP, Java and Brew on its CDMA and GSM networks.

 

Yahoo! oneSearch delivers a search experience specifically designed for the mobile  phone  by  delivering  relevant  results  and  instant answers in a user-friendly  interface, anytime, anywhere without requiring PCs connected to the internet.

 

This  tie- up  marks  a  significant  extension of the strong relationship between  Yahoo!  and  Reliance  Mobile.  With this new tie- up Reliance Communications and Yahoo!  make  it easier for customers to find relevant results on their mobiles. Together, they will enhance the search experience for consumers on their mobile phones. Yahoo! Mail and Yahoo! Messenger have been  part  of  Reliance  Mobile  World's suite of services for more than 2 years.  This builds on their  earlier  joint  initiative of providing of providing  content, Yahoo! Mail and Yahoo! Messenger currently available to millions of Reliance Mobile customers.
