Wipro Infotech has acquired 3D Networks for USD 23 million, reports CNBC-TV18.

This includes 3D's India, West Asian and SAARC operations. This deal will be completed by the third quarter.

3D has 270 employees and its FY06 revenues stood at USD 36 million. It provides specialised solutions for ITES.
