Western Digital , a leading global hard drive manufacturer, today announced the launch of its Technical Support Centre for its distribution and end customers in India. The technical support centre is another service initiative by WD to meet the needs of customers and extend speedy assistance. 

 

Commenting on the new service and support set-up, Mr. Sharad Srivastava, Sales Director, South Asia and India, Western Digital said, "WD is a customer-focussed organisation and our Tech Support program provides our customers with the highest standards of service and support, complimenting WD's high-quality products. The support centre's toll-free number is part of our constant endeavor to make an optimum service support system from which our customers benefit."

 

When customers call toll-free, they are greeted with a main menu for the WD Support Center, from where customers choose from technical support, RMA generation or other service options.  The technical support representatives are well-equipped to handle all technical queries. Operating hours for the support centre will be from 10 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday.
