Q; But the initial concentration was largely in Maharashtra?
A: Maharashtra and Gujarat.
Q: Why was that? Were you deliberately looking local?
A; It was not anything to do with local factors but those were the times where there was no viability gap funding happening or there was no subsidy coming from the government. So, we undertook projects which were viable on a standalone basis or were attracting BOT developers. Given the economic activity and the industrialization of the states, Maharashtra and Gujarat happen to be the states which were giving the kind of traffic to make projects viable on a standalone basis. That is primarily the reason why we looked at projects and scouted for them in Maharashtra and Gujarat.
