Shree Dhoot Trading, the family-owned investment company of Videocon's promoters, has been buying IOL Netcom shares at an average price of Rs 82.50 per share. Shree Dhoot Trading has acquired 23.75 lakh shares, i.e. 8.68%, in IOL Netcom.

 

Shree Dhoot Trading is a family-owned investment company of Videocon Promoters. The company said that it is not looking for an open offer and that the stake will remain below 15%. It further said that it's interest in IOL Netcom is purely financial in nature.
