Unisys Global Services India signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the International Institute of Information Technology, Bangalore ( iiit-b ) (formerly the Indian Institute of Information Technology, Bangalore).  The MoU will facilitate joint research activities in the domain of real-time infrastructure, particularly focusing on security and maintenance of critical technology assets, and is aimed at creating a high-technology research lab within UGSI to create new products for its global customers.

 

Mr. Kumar Prabhas, Country Manager and Managing Director, UGSI said, "At UGSI we believe in instilling a culture of innovation. We are excited to partner with a premier research institute like iiit-b.  This will give our employees a platform to use their skills to develop newer solutions and products that will ultimately benefit our customers."

The R&D division at Unisys Global Services India focuses on developing solutions and products that addresses customers needs and employs a large number of post graduate and PhDs in the field of Information Technology.
