Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Limited today announced its quarterly results for the period April 2008 to June 2008.

Quarterly Highlights:

• The subscriber base stands at 5.6 mn - an increase of 62% over the corresponding quarter of the previous year. 
• Revenues grew 23% to Rs. 504.89 cr, compared to the corresponding quarter of the previous year. 
• EBIDTA grew 54% to 154.89 cr, compared to the corresponding quarter of the previous year. 
• The Company registered a cash profit of Rs 79.57 cr, a 6% increase over the corresponding quarter of the previous year, notwithstanding Foreign Exchange losses of Rs 20.69 cr accounted under Accounting Standards 30, 31 & 32 prescribed by ICAI (corresponding period of the previous year, Foreign Exchange gain recorded of Rs 15.20cr).
