Earlier this year Trend Micro announced Technical Helpdesk services for its Worry-Free range of products targeted at Small & Medium Businesses (SMBs) in India. The helpdesk service provides free phone and email support during business hours to all licensed small business customers and resellers. For a nominal fee, customers can also avail of onsite support.

To receive Free Installation Support, the customer or channel partner can call Toll Free at 1800-425-1009 or email insmbsupport@trendmicro.com , quoting the valid license key for the product to be installed and log their request.

 

The activities covered under Free Installation include scanning the network for viruses, virus clean up and installation of the product with current patch updates.
