Transport Corporation Of India Limited has informed the Exchange that in case the Board declares payment of Interim Dividend in its meeting scheduled to be held on January 20, 2011, the Record Date for the purpose of identifying the eligible Shareholders of the Company for payment of dividend will be January 31, 2011.
