In his remarks, Mr. Ramprasad, Executive Director, Toonz Academy, said, "The Academy is on an expansion mode and the Mumbai facility is the first in a series of groundbreaking initiatives planned for the future. We are going to open centres in all the key cities of India. The launch of the Nagpur Academy is slotted next."
The courses offered by the Academy are the year-long Advanced Program in Classical and Digital Animation and Advanced Program in 3D Animation and Digital Arts, in addition to several Certificate Courses. These courses fully integrate the teachings of animation, interactivity and multimedia with theoretical and practical exposure to a broad range of production mediums including audio, video and television.
