Titan Industries Limited - Watch Division was awarded with "Golden Peacock Eco- Innovation Awards for the year 2007" for its Innovative work on "Elimination of hazardous Tri chloro ethylene used in cleaning of Horological components" at it works in Hosur.

The award was instituted by Institute of Director (IOD) in association with World Environment foundation ( WEF) New Delhi.

The award in the manufacturing category was given away on 09 JUN 2007 by Mr. OLA ULLSTEM- former Prime Minister of Sweedan and Dr. Oliver Giscard's Esataing former chairman, INSEAD Business School in France,in Palampur, Himachal Pradesh,in presence of Dr. Madhav Mehra- President of WEF - New Delhi.
