Timesjobs.com, the fastest growing e-recruitment portal in India, has entered into a strategic partnership with NowPos Online Services Pvt. Ltd., (“NowPos” – short for Now Possible), a niche premier Voice Technologies Products Company based in Hyderabad, to launch the world’s first voice resume and BPO online voice screening mechanism service. The service is exclusively targeted at the BPO Industry in its first phase.
Available as a seamless service on www.timesjobs.com, potential and existing BPO employees can now “speak and record” their resumes, including answering a few typical questions and read a randomly system-chosen paragraph as part of their online resume. The entire technology of this voice suite resides on www.timesjobs.com portal and has been developed by NowPos.
“The partnership with Timesjobs.com creates several unique solutions for the sunrise BPO industry presently, and will be later extended to the entire HR industry, where CVs, first round short-listing and subsequent interviews, empowered by NowPos patent-applied voice technology, will change the way jobs are to be found, and people recruited,” said Ayyappa Nagubandi, Leader (title equivalent of CEO), NowPos.
“The prospect of launching the world’s first voice resume and BPO online voice screening mechanism on our portal is tremendously exciting, as it offers revolutionary potential to change BPO recruitment processes in India. This will cut recruitment cycles, reduce costs, time and manpower involved in recruitment and enable BPO companies to enter a straight third-round interview after the online shortlisting of CVs. We are delighted to bring this unique offering to the BPO industry, which will soon be part of our jobs fairs and virtual job fairs,” said R Sundar, President, Timesjobs.com.
